There has not been a reported instance of an established Termite nest in most of our current service area. The cold, dry winters keep them from being able to establish. Very small pockets of our southern service area may have the potential for a termite infestation.
We understand hat some home mortgage, insurance, or real estate companies require a termite inspection to process a sale. At this time, we do not offer these inspections, but stay tuned, we will be adding this shortly as we get the proper training and expertise needed to get it right.
